Rebar Mesh Panel Welding Machine Introduction:
DX-GWC-2500 rebar mesh panel welding machine is a special equipment for making reinforcing mesh. The rebar mesh panel welding machine makes use of the principle of multi-electrode resistance spot welding to weld the longitudinal and transverse bars of the steel bar into a firm mesh according to the set requirements.Rebar mesh panel welding machine adopts power electronic synchronous control technology, welding time and separate control welding are managed by automatic control system, human-machine interface, intelligent operation, humanization. Separate the welding transformer to reduce the requirement of power transformer.
Rebar Mesh Panel Welding Machine Features:
1. The cross wire is pre-cut wire , cross wire by rotary automatic feeding.
2. Servo motor is used in the pulling mesh system to ensure the accuracy of mesh.
3. The cross wire of wire mesh welding machine feeding from the multi hopper which capacity is more over two times than the traditional hopper.
4. The rebar mesh panel production line add the bear wire mesh and carry equipment that makes the working more convenience .
Mesh Pull Out System
It consists of blanking plate,gantry,chain link mesh netting machine and convey car(or roller guide),the flipper(stacker-turner)is optional part.
Max length of mesh panel:12m.If the length of the reinforcing steel mesh is 12 meters or longer, it needs to be customized.
CNC Mesh Position Unit
Mesh position unit usage is feed forward the welding mesh,at the same time ensure the line wire spacing in need,which adjust cross line spacing according to the automatic setting. CNC mesh position system can adjust the cross wire spacing automatically,and can save the data in the system, it is easy convenient and accuracy to adjust the cross wire spacing.
Cross Wire Feeding Unit(pre-cut)
It is installed on the upper of the mesh grid set device.it consists of walking platform,cross wire stacking unit,wire distrbution device and wire feeding device.
The distribution device and the wire feeding are driven by pneumatic system under the operation by electrical control system. Automatic cross wire feeding without the need for manual labor. it is designed for the cross wire is fed from pre-cut wire.
Welding System
Welding system is made up of the rack,welding transformer,pressurized cylinder,upper electrode combination,lower electrode combination,cross wire magnetic locator,lift mesh unit,line wire bracket combination,pneumatic system,water cooling system and others spare parts.
Welding materal:cold rolled wire,cold rolled round wire,hot rolled wire.
